Talking About Male Penis Problems

“A Man & His Penis”. A story with no beginning and no end… Living in a sex-mad society. Penis worshipping forever! Unfortunately…

So much talking about its pleasing merits and qualities… But so much secreting about its unpleasing defects and inabilities.

But what if we try to view this ouchy & catchy 5-letter-word as just another male organ with just another male function? Then we can probably omit the delicacy of the issue and just sober-mindedly go over the list of main penis problems, their causes and escape paths.

  1. Penis Curvature, commonly referred to as a Curved Penis condition and scientifically referred to as Peyronie’s disease.

Now, if your penis is slightly curves left or right when erected – don’t panic! - it’s absolutely normal and not uncommon in men. However, if the curvature line is VERY pronounced, if you experience discomfort while having sexual intercourse with your lady – you might want to see a doctor for Peyronie’s disease is a very crafty one and requires treatment.

It is yet uncertain what may be the cause of such penis deformation… The best explaining “guess” for today is that a hard, inflamed, fibrous tissue builds up in the shaft of the penis. The one and only symptom manifesting through the 1st disease-emerging stage is pain during erection. Painful sensations occur because the inflamed penile tissue is being stretched. So watch out! With time, the pain subsides and the fibrous tissue develops pulling the penis aside – to the left, to the right or upward.

Peyronie’s disease usually requires medical attention but it is 100% curable. There is even a bunch of natural penis-correction methods that supposedly help straighten a curved penis.

  1. Priaprism – a persistent and pathological penis erection.

Among factors causing this annoying condition are mostly non-sexual health disorders such as leukemia, spinal cord disease, sickle cell disease and, according to some rumors, cocaine use (!) Sometimes, the source of Priaprism occurrence remains a mystery.

What makes the erection last? Why doesn’t the penis return to a flaccid state how it’s supposed to?? The answer is – an obstructed blood flow out of the penis. At first, blood flows into the penis at increased speed and amounts to cause an erection but the tricky part is it can’t flow out of it on the exit path – for it’s been blocked by some nasty disease affect, drug use or other unknown peculiarities.

Priaprism is an extremely painful and hardly bearable condition that, if neglected, can seriously damage male sexual ability and function. It requires medical treatment and sometimes even surgical intervention.

  1. Erection Failure is more of a non-medical condition usually caused by non-medical physical or psychological circumstances, such as painful penis stimulation (physical), fear-, guilt-, -shame, anger- or anxiety- induced stresses (psychological). These can temporarily block all potential pleasure sensations and cause an inability to get a hard-on. Even a fear of NOT getting or losing an erection can cause erection failure. However, this is a surmountable difficulty that can be safely and naturally overcome.
  1. Impotence or Erectile dysfunction – is an officially recognized men’s health disorder usually caused by medical physical circumstances such as injury, disease or post-drug use side effects.

Any blood-flow impairing condition can be responsible for occurrence of impotence. Moreover, it may also be caused by the simple fact of aging… Impotence incidence actually increases with age: the number goes from 5-7% of men in their 40-ies to 15-25% of men 65+ experiencing impotence disorder. Unfortunately, it’s an inevitable part of becoming an old man.

  1. Premature Ejaculation – this diagnosis is given whenever a man ejaculates upon minimal sexual stimulation before, during or very shortly after vaginal penetration.

Another important ‘premature ejaculation’-definition detail is that it occurs before the man wishes and agrees to it (!) Meaning, premature ejaculation is more “non-consent”-related than time-related (defined by seconds or minutes).

Premature ejaculation does have an official clinical-based explanation and ‘diagnosis’ status… However, it is not regarded as an illness or a disease. It mostly occurs as a consequence of certain psychological issues and not physical ones.

  1. Blue Balls – a term closely associated with our adolescence. It’s a slang version for a medical condition called vasocongestion or congested prostate.

The Blue Balls condition is accompanied by an intense discomfort or even aching in the testicles/prostate area caused by temporary fluid congestion. It usually occurs upon prolonged sexual arousal whenever very blood-filled vessels are not relieved by an orgasm.

Upon each and every sexual arousal, blood supplying arteries of the genital area enlarge, while the blood outflow vein-paths become more constricted than in the non-excited state.

The in & out of blood flow become uneven, bigger amounts of blood are trapped in the genitals > as a result the engorged with blood penis becomes harder and testicles – larger (up to a 25-50% increase in size).

Orgasm = Ejaculation return the arteries and veins to their normal size… thus adjusting the disturbed balance between incoming and outgoing blood flow. This renders the penis flaccid and the testicles – normally sized again. However, if ejaculation doesn’t occur – the continued vasocongestion compels you to experiencing a whole bunch of unpleasant sensations such as heaviness, discomfort or, worse, pain.

This very disagreeable sensation is called Blue Balls. Why such an expression??… Because of the bluish shade your testicles get when engorged with too much blood for too long. The condition, however, is not everlasting and goes away quickly enough. The degree of pain experienced in the meanwhile is usually low and often hyperbolized.

Now that we’re done with most commonly occurring male penis problems let’s turn to a widely believed misconception…

“Men are conditioned to ejaculate every time they get a hard-on” – that is Oh so F a l s e!

Keeping up with this so-called ‘truth’ can result in disappointment and frustration. Ejaculation failure and occasional inability to experience orgasmic feelings should not exert psychological pressure on any of the partners. It’s normal, it’s not uncommon and it’s not an absolute requirement for each and every sexual intercourse. Just relax and learn to experience pleasure no matter the eventual outcome.

And remember! There is no untreatable male penis problem.

Found the problem - found the cure.
