Breast-Health Enemies!

Dear Woman, did you ever daydream of beautiful and healthy breasts? Or did God bless you with one perfect pair of those?? Whatever… For beyond all doubt there is no female walking this earth with absolutely no worries or whishes concerning this somewhat fetishistic and incredibly feminine body part.

Somehow, the lady’s never 100% contented with the way she looks. There’s always a stroke to add… A perfectionist’s approach, isn’t it? But guess what? Nothing wrong with that as long as you don’t slide onto the negative side… See an imperfection? – Fix it! And if you can’t fix it – accept it and learn to love it! Simple!

The thing is we’re lucky to live in the world of “Everything’s Possible”. But let’s not get too deep into the beauty side of women Breasts and what it is you should do to make them look better. 1. Weight Fluctuation – regular weight increase/decrease stretches your skin too much and as a result it may become somewhat flabby. Try to avoid dramatic and fast weight losses.

2. Poor Postural Habits – leads to saggy breasts… On the contrary, beautiful posture - guarantees beautiful breast shape. Always sit and walk correctly. Take care of both your spine and your breast line.

3. Improper Bra Size – don’t overpress your breasts with smaller cup-sizes and unfit cup-shapes… there’s a risk of damaging proper blood-circulation and causing breast-health troubles. On the other side, a loose-sitting bra or no bra at all can lead to excessive skin-stretching. So find your golden mean.

4. Hot Bath – the skin on your breasts is wa-a-ay too tender to stand against negative hot water effects! It makes the skin dry and less elastic. Keep in mind that accumulating hot-bath hours only accumulates the eventual harm to your breasts.

5. Ultraviolet Rays – you probably love bronzing in the sun and literally hate them swimsuit marks… Believe it or not, but exposing your breasts to direct sunlight is definitely not worth all the consequent health problems. Sunburns, decrease in elasticity and even breast cancer! So think twice before sunbathing topless!
